I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist me, making the check-in process smooth. The hotel was clean and well-maintained which I appreciated. However, I found the amenities lacking, especially in housekeeping services and basic items like blankets and wine openers. The location was great for accessing nearby restaurants, but the dining options within the hotel weren't satisfactory.
